Is there an app that you use to post to multiple social channels?

I have Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and twitter. Is there an app that helps you manage all these social channels at once, like to schedule posts etc? I feel like you tech savvy people would know. Thanks

Buffer is really good. The free plan lets you post to 3 accounts and has loads of great options for personalization etc. I also use HypeFury which is great, especially tools like Autoplug and Auto-retweet
