Is it easier to grow on Instagram or on TikTok?

I am a front-end developer. I am building B2B SaaS product. Is it easier to grow on Instagram or on Tiktok? Is it possible to grow in America by producing content outside of America on Tiktok? Thank you for your answer.

Instagram became TikTok... Reels are the only content type going viral, so why not post the same content on both platforms?

@deniz_ay yeah, it's absolutely possible, you just have to create content focused on US audience, and algorithm will pick you up for US audience.

I tested both with a content brand called power games. Reels performed better. Posted talking head videos to both platforms. Recorded the same video separately on each platform so it was posted natively. It's still early, but I had a reel hit 20k views with 150 followers on the account. Tiktok didn't get that high (not even close), but I think the odds of random virality on Tiktok are higher right now (or so I've been told).

If it is a B2B product, you are, in most cases, better off selling on LinkedIn than on Instagram or Tiktok. Some sources say that it is easier on TikTok to go viral, depending on your audience.
