Is it a bad time of the year to do outreach?

I feel like it's 10x harder to sell anyone or to have the chance for a call during this holiday season. During this time, would you still do outreach or would you just compile lead lists that you can reach out to in January?

In my opinion, sales never stop - if you aren't selling, someone else likely is. :)
