Is AI becoming more than just a work tool for you?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how people actually use AI in their day-to-day.

Sure, there’s the obvious stuff - writing, coding, planning, automating. Super helpful.

But I’ve also heard more people say they use AI just to talk. Not to get facts or solve a task - just to think out loud, reflect, or even vent. Like a sounding board that’s always there, no judgment.

So I’m genuinely curious: How do you use AI most?

Is it mostly for productivity and work stuff?

Or do you ever use it more like a space to think, process, or decompress?

Would love to hear unexpected use cases!

Sometimes I use AI just to self-reflect some ideas, thoughts, even — communications with other people.
Veeeery interesting stuff can be obtained from this discussions.
For e.g., now I know that my style of communication with 90% of my contacts is a stable-supportive style 😊

Most of the time it’s for work — summarizing docs, drafting emails, planning content. But every now and then I’ll just ramble to it when I’m stuck in my own head. Super helpful for untangling thoughts.
