What would you add to your new year resolutions if you had Notion to help you out?

I like many things that I'm hearing (notion, resolutions) but what exactly would you like to help people with? Being consistent or having a nice way to track their daily/monthly/yearly goals? If it's the later, then I'd say:
- BASIC: everybody has different goals for different parts of their lives
- MEDIUM: While most use notion as a notetaking app, many uses different to-do stacks (notion, ToDoist, etc) so integrations with it would be nice
- CRAZY: not sure if it's possible but I'd like to have a notion space where I could see how my data from my Garmin + other wearables in one health space. That'd help me see how aligned I am with my health goals
