How many people are on your team?

I have 2. Me and a technical co-founder. Im making stuff happen as the CEO and he is building great things as the CTO. How are you set up?

Just me. It's challenging.... I think that everyone work to have a team count one day.
@haguiar I agree, I was solo and found it super challenging till I found a cofounder. Still challenging though

Five people full-time core team, and up to 10 part-time/freelance guys who help us mostly with content. Gamedev needs a lot of it - sound, 2D, 3D, animations, video production, etc
