How many focus/execution time slots do you have per day?

I have 3 in a typical workday: 1) 10 am to 12:30 pm ( Morning session ) 2) 3:30 pm to 6 pm ( Afternoon session ) 3) 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm ( late night session ) The late-night session includes auditing and planning for the next day.
