How is your working environment? Toxic or not?

It seems like my workplace atmosphere has become toxic because my manager has been on leave for a month. During their absence, our team has been overseen by a manager from another department who has made the work environment difficult for us. He's very critical and constantly focuses on finding people's mistakes.

My working environment is as toxic as a computer overheating during a gaming marathon! But hey, at least the code we write is fireproof!

It surprisingly very healthy. Everyone is supportive to one another. I'm comfortable working on my company right now!
