How do you promote punctuality at work?

I think it depends on the person, I prepare for the meeting in advance and make sure that no one is waiting for me.

@ixord Nice. But I mean as a manager, how should how should I grow the habit of being punctual in my team members?

@salar__davari It won’t work with everyone because every person is complex in their own way. I would try to talk to everyone and say that you need to come a little later. And be sure to give facts why.
