The key to building a successful customer community is to understand who your prospects and customers are, what their core interests are, and what commonalities you have with them. Make a list of the top 5 to 10 topics that your customers are interested in and likely to discuss.

We’re offering free content in the form of social posts and blog posts. Being a consumer travel product, we do things like free trip itineraries, travel hacks, and hidden gem destination inspiration. We’re working on ways for other people to share with each other. Thoughts?
