How do you brainstorm with remote team?

- Online drawing board? - Open loud thinking discussion?

Through meeting calls.

We usually set up a call and divide it into parts: 1) individual pre-brainstorm before the call (you dive into the topic and come up with own ideas) 2) Intro call part to define goals and call outcomes 3) Miro online brainstorm 4) Discussions and selection of the ideas, etc depending on the goals and outcomes that you agreed on in #2

@abhishek3008 another great thing is that you can adapt what you planned and change the structure easily. It's way more difficult to optimise the process when you have no plan

It's more efficient to brainstorm on prem. Maybe when we get apple vision. It will be almost the same.

Either meeting calls or Miro board

@abhishek3008 Sounds good. But I doubt that we need to save separately after the meeting.

ShareTheboard is quite nice. Otherwise just a zoom call with recording.

We use Miro, schedule video brainstorming sessions, and have a dedicated channel for sharing spontaneous ideas. Regular check-ins ensure everyone's on the same page
