Well I think the most vital thing what our team is missing is teamwork skills. Our division of labor is a mess.

@sylvia_sheng Sylvia, absolutely agree, talent can secure victories, but collaboration and wisdom secure ultimate team and product success! I remember that our journey as a team started with almost zero understanding, but through genuine dedication, we've come a long way since then. Thanks for your comment!

In my old team, probably could be nice to make even better emotional acumen to pump up communication and empathy. Perhaps this could have resulted in much smoother conflict resolution, although there weren't many instances of issues 😀
