Has anyone gotten a Registered Trademark for their brand?

Curious if anyone else is considering this right now, and if you think it's worth doing.

I've looked into it briefly, but figured it's not worth it at our current stage

@richw Yeah it's a daunting process for sure.

We received our trademark, and I think there are countless variables. I'd speak with your council and get expected costs and timelines. Our TM took quite a while to complete. If you have specific questions, I'd be happy to answer. Overall, we are glad we received it.

@cory_crapes thank you for the insight! We don't have a lawyer that specialized in trademarks so were planning to just do it ourselves. Is that a terrible idea? 😅
