Not a founder, but I asked a similar question to my previous boss. In his opinion, he could have done a better job getting his financial structure in line before launching his MVP. A proper business model before getting into the business was essential according to him. So, if he could start this all over again, he would have firstly made a proper valuation and inspection of the business model, dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s, and then launch the platform in a full scale.
