"Error: Comment invalid content detected." Is anyone seeing this error while commenting?

Whenever I'm trying to comment, this error comes out of nowhere. Has anyone else seen this? What's the reason?

It happened to me in the past when I added some links to the comment. Is that your case?
@anshul_raghav sometimes you are not allowed to share links. Not sure exactly about the logic

This is my problem right now. Edited: This comment got approved, so the reason it didn't go through earlier was that I'm posting a link to our product launch.

Sometimes it's triggered Tunnel Rush by specific words or phrases that the platform flags.
