Happy International Women's Day! My mum is my Wonder-woman🥹

Honestly I loved reading Estée Lauder's biography. I think she pioneered many things and was absolutely badass. Lauder understood the psychology of consumers and recognized that offering free samples allowed customers to try products without risk, increasing the likelihood of future purchases. She was determined to sell and also obsessed with product-first companies. "Whatever the target is, never let your eyes leave the target, big or small, success is never stray from that target, but whoever wants to achieve a dream must be strong."

All the women I have, or I had in my life influenced me and helped me to become the person I am today. They are not famous, therefore I won't write their names :)
