Best tool for making Linkedin Article images

Heya friends, Happy Thanksgiving to those that are celebrating today. I'm grateful for all of you! I've been writing a bunch of Linkedin articles recently and for some reason I'm still using pixlr to create the 1920x1080 cover image. There's got to be a better, newer AI solution on the market but my searches on PH are either coming up with a lot of AI Ad Creative tools or AI Headshoot tools. Do any of you have good recommendations for a tool that will help me make awesome article images? Thanks in advance and have a great day 👋
