A few domains have revolutionised the way people work over the past several months with the help of ChatGPT and Bard. How the LLMs have changed the hiring domain? I'm building tidyhire (https://www.producthunt.com/upco...) which makes it easy to find candidates online and contact them with ChatGPT-powered, hyper-personalized messages.

I remember belog.co which claimed to use AI to write contextual Emails to candidates, which worked for a while initially and then failed to fascinate. But with real AI in place, I guess filtering of candidates and reaching-out-to-them will be breeze. One use-case I strongly look forward to is `Candidate Filtering`. Ability to extract all unknown information about the candidate which cannot be captured via Resume / Linkedin / Github. Best of candidates build amazing things in the current jobs, which goes unpublished.
