Yes, there are alternatives to ChatGPT such as: Google's Dialogflow Microsoft's Bot Framework IBM's Watson Assistant Rasa Open Source Amazon's Lex These are some of the popular conversational AI platforms that can be used to build chatbots.

Not that are available to chat. But Facebook have a lot of AI’s announced that with the. Same ability ad ChatGPT but they aren’t live on a website. But are shared on github & their blog as coming soon.
