Anyone know a very cheap or free tool to see competitor keywords for google ads/Twitter?

Not looking for any other bells and whistles. Just want to see what competitors are targeting for google ads. Or just what their twitter ads look like. All the solutions I've seen offer a whole suite of other features for quite a high price. Thanks!
