Any marketing tips for founders who are short on time?

I do design, team management, outreach and find no time to put the word out there about my product. We are bootstrapped & cannot afford anything expensive. Any suggestions on automating marketing?

Find someone who would work for you, but not take money. Maybe a lifetime access to your product. At this stage, with the deadline, you are already burning out, why extinguish the remaining flame when you can get help? Coming to automating marketing, at this time, you'd have to start outreach and marketing first, automation comes after you've got a process or set workflow.
