How do you discover people to follow on Twitter? Any tools you use? Something like may be the tool can ask for your interests or topics of your choice, and then it shows a list of top 100 people to follow on those topics.

You could make up some list using Phantombuster They have few automation for twitter. You could chain: Step 1: Extract people active on hashtag. Step 2: Get profile meta data to filter the list.
