What tools do you guys think are the most used for email marketing / crm?

We developed a tool to acquire customers contacts / leads through a custom wifi experience in-store and we add customer information (demographics, behaviour, etc.) every time they connect and we want to know what would be the best tools to focus on right now. I know email marketing and crm are not necesarily the same thing, but usually both have communication personalization tools.
