What is the most cost effective tool for managing Instagram posts?

I want suggestions on tool that we can use for scheduling posts and possibly accessible via desktop.

Check the the official method first: https://business.facebook.com/cr... - Facebook now allows scheduling for Instagram and it works very well. If this is not enough for you, you can try Sendible, Hootsuite, Buffer and Later.com
