Hey Fellow Hunters,
We’ve just launched a new drawing & prototyping app for UX & Product Designers.
With UID8 you can get your app idea into an interactive prototype in minutes.
Draw user interfaces inside screen containers for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or a standard web browser. Link your screens with hotspots and demo your app inside UID8 or share it with a link.
UID8 is a perfect user interface ideation companion for experienced UX & Product Designers as well as for non-core UXers like founders or product managers who quickly need to share their app vision with a team.
How it works:
> Draw UI wireframes inside templates for iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or a web browser.
> Designing something non standard like an espresso maker UI panel or a car dashboard? Use custom size boxes and adjust their size to your liking.
> Create your prototypes by linking the screens together with hotspots.
> Demo your app idea right on the iPad or share with a link so you can get your client to interact with your prototype remotely.
> Move your screens around on a huge canvas. Zoom out to see big picture. Zoom in to focus on detail.
> Export your screen ideas by email or by saving to photos.
> You can use any stylus or even a finger to draw, but expect best results with iPad Pro and Apple Pencil.
> Use your favourite UX drawing tools: sharpie, pencil, highlighter, pattern brush, eraser.
> No need to switch colors each time you hop between the tools. Colors are persistent and stay with the tool.
> Use patterned guides to better layout your UX sketches.
> Work in multiple projects.
> Share your ideas on facebook, twitter or dribble.
> Use custom size boxes to draw other UX artefacts like personas, storyboards, crazy 8ths, user journeys & AI diagrams.
Please take it for a spin. Hope you like it.
Cheers

@gautch for now it's not password protected if that's what you're asking about. Anyone with a link can access this, however links contain hashed ids, so the likelyhood is low. We'll be working on making it password protected however.
