🚀 One Week After Launch — Big Thanks & What’s Next

Just a week ago, we launched our app on Product Hunt with a simple message: “Replace forms with a chatbot.”

We had a barely working prototype and zero expectations.

But the response blew us away — we got featured, received over 100 upvotes, and most importantly, genuine support from the community. We're incredibly grateful.

Since then, a lot has happened:

We’ve collected tons of test results and feedback to improve the product.

An amazing UX designer volunteered to join the team and already built a sleek new homepage.

The biggest early feedback was about the AI being repetitive and overly polite. We've tuned the prompts and seen noticeable improvements — though we know there’s more work to do.

The product still isn’t perfect, and reliability can vary — but we’re committed to improving it week by week with regular updates.

We’re also looking to partner with passionate people, especially volunteers, to help grow the mission and make this tool truly useful.

Thanks again to everyone who gave it a try. Onward!

The fact that you launched with a barely working example and still got love says a lot. Big Winning!

Moin

@lois_roberson Yes, it is a very big win for me.

This post gave me chills, the kind of underdog progress story that makes PH feel real. You clearly care about the product and the people using it. Let’s gooo 🚀

Moin

@patrick_kessler Thanks. I lack product experience, but I am a developer. I can keep coding for another year for something people may not like. I avoided this for all my solo launches, now I have a reason to keep working in this to improve.

Launching soon!

Cool, loving the direction here. I have a quick thought.... you should consider adding a fallback option for when the AI gets stuck or misreads a response.

@hamza_afzal_butt That's a very good suggestion. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your story, Moin! This is one of those cases where you don't have to take the first prize to win :)
Congrats on gaining such an amazing experience and valuable feedback!

Moin

@helga_impalpable Thanks. Yes, keeping the project live is only goal, there is no need for the first prize. It's been going really well. I am very grateful.

Love to hear this! Are there any particular features or elements you'd especially like feedback on?

Moin

@jakecrump Thanks. The app has only a few options right now. I am looking forward to get more feedback on if the app is easy enough to get started with a survey and if the surveys perform well with this approach.
