It's really hard to tell what the app does when you kind of just scroll through the website. There's a lot of text and the images don't help much. Just some personal feedback (based on the way I browse products).
@bitario I thought it was straightforward, but I've also felt the exact pain they called of screenshotting or taking a photo of something I want to buy, then finding it again months later buried in photos.
@bitario Thanks for the feedback Mo - We definitely want to revisit the site. People definitely seem to get the 'problem' that is solves - but I agree we could be clearer in laying down why this is the solution visually. Obviously a video might help... :-)
The premise of NINE is simple. Most of us use our phone camera as a way of capturing things we want to do, products we want to buy and places we want to go - but they end up lost amongst our other photos.
NINE solves this by encouraging you to organise your photo reminders via the use of nine ‘everyday action tags’.
Why NINE? Because nobody really wants to have to create their own filing system for a to-do list. We wanted to remove that moment of decision paralysis when you capture an item and have to work out how to categorise it. Less is more - you have nine tags, and you can use up to 3 of them for an item. Try it, you genuinely will remember where you put things!
I'm a serial mobile screencapper and I've recently been getting into the habit of screencap-ing a ton of must-reads and must-do's and must-watch's while having to navigate pretty far back to aggregate tasks. I could not have discovered this at a better time. Awesome!
I've downloaded this. It sounds really promising - I have been unable to find a to-do app that resonates with me, so the fact that it's visually driven may solve my problem.
