@harrystebbings I have seen Mike Seiblel speak a few times, but was not aware he was on the founding team of Justin.tv. I like hearing his story, it actually resonated with me being someone who went the safe route after college and not taking the risk. Thanks for the recommendation, I will check out other episodes.

I'm actually really interested in what he has to say on the matter, I know YC is making efforts to improve both racial and gender diversity and find more founders from underrepresented groups.
