Tweek is a free personal and shared to do list app to organize your tasks and collaborate on them online with your team or family. It provides a weekly calendar view mode and a reminder app.
Almost a great app, and I'd happily switch from teuxdeux, but...
1. Text wrap is a must. It's such a terrible experience to only be able to see first 2 words of a 7 word task.
2. Why can't I change someday's task date? The only way to assign the date to a someday task, is to drag it to a certain day.
3. Some kind of text formatting would be nice. I'd like to put headers in lists, or make certain tasks bold.
4. I can only see mon-sun days. If it's sunday, I can't see the next monday on the same screen. So swiping by single day (instead of a whole week) would be nice.
5. I have multiple someday lists. But the only way to move them around is to click edit icon and select "move left/right". There's too many clicks to just move one lists 3 spots to the left.
Great app to use! After some research I found Tweek. I was looking for a lightweight calendar/reminder/to do app. It's very easy to use, syncs perfectly with your Google Calendar and supports recurring tasks. And even better... adding a task from your phone is done super fast. I def suggest this tool/app to fellow PH's!
Introducing Tweek 2.0 - a completely revamped super fast app with improved performance and offline mode support. We slightly redesigned the UI to provide you with best usage experience.⚡️
The first version of Tweek mobile was made in a couple of weeks as a web-view. Generally, our app acted as a browser emulator with web www.tweek.so inside the app. Later we added native authorisation to support Push-notifications and iOS widgets. Mostly of our users didn't notice the difference and actively used it, but there were problems with offline mode and performance, especially on older Androids. And of course, no Apple pay and Google pay with one-click subscription 👎. All in all it was, you could say, a successful MVP and now we've launched "normal" apps with improved performance and offline support.
Initially we went the native iOS and Android development route spending a long time looking for developers in a mega-demanded market. Tweek looks very simple, but when we get to the details of real-time synchronization with web, custom calendars, offline, etc. We had to change several mobile dev teams before we found the right ones that can hold 'marathon pace' for a long time and successfully implement our minimalistic design feeling. In the end we settled on React Native instead on native apps. This framework really speeds the development process and simplifies support of both platforms. So, the whole process of search and development took over a year and now we are ready to introduce our new app to the PH community. 😺
Hope you like it!

@karlplaude1 the app didn't used to work for me and after reading this, I reinstalled and tested... yasssss 🥳 I am in! So will be signing up to the annual option.
Been using Tweek for about 6 months, switched from TeuxDeux because I still wanted something simple BUT needed more options. It's the ultimate app if you need lists etc but also need flexibility. Love the colour coding feature, subtasks, and the custom lists at the bottom.
@karlplaude1 Hello,
I’m a big fan of your application keep up the good work! 👏🏼 But I noticed that your older version is much much faster and easier to use than the latest update .. in addition to that I can't add the promo code to get the discount for the annual subscription in the application.
I hope you fix those problems soon and I wish all the best this really is the best app I have ever used for planning and organizing my life.
Sincerely,

@mohammed_al_zahrani hey, thanks for reaching. It strange that you experience speed issues on new app, can you provide your phone model and os version? We will check this.
You can subscribe with promo on our website only https://tweek.so/#/subscribe
Using it since the end of 2020, is the best to-do tool, I've found. I like it because it's minimal and without thousands of unnecessary features, which similar products have. And I love it has a web version which easy-to-access!
50% OFF?! Just a few days ago I paid for an annual subscription 😅
I've used all popular applications, but Tweek is the best to do app.
By the way, It would be cool to give a choice between the 12-hour time and 24-hour time formats.
Loved the app, it's fast and easy to use.
@karlplaude1 do you think there will be option to add templates for the tasks? Or if you can suggest any other option to tackle this? I design websites for clients and need to go through multiple steps to finish certain task.
Good luck 🤞 with future updates.
