Minimalist Jira Tracker for MacOS: Adjust, edit, & remove time logs. No more tab-switching; authorize & access tickets swiftly on your status bar. No extra data stored for privacy!
Timkee started as a Hackathon idea to simplify Jira time tracking on Mac.
With a vision of a minimalist and intuitive tracker, we poured our dedication into Timkee during our free hours. Today, it's an integral tool at our Berlin-based hybrid agency. We hope it enhances your Jira experience. Feedback and feature suggestions are more than welcome!
Wow, Timkee looks like the perfect tool for MacOS users who work with Jira! The ability to adjust, edit, and remove time logs directly from the app without switching tabs is a game-changer. I also love the idea of accessing tickets swiftly from the status bar.
I have questions: Does Timkee support all Jira features, or are there any limitations? Also, how does Timkee handle different privacy settings in Jira? Is there any way to customize what data is stored and what is not?
I also wanted to share a resource that may be valuable for the launch of Timkee. The Jira community on Reddit is quite active, and they often discuss third-party tools and integrations. It could be a great place to promote Timkee and gather feedback from Jira users.
I am looking forward to hearing more about Timkee and its unique features! Keep up the great work!
@alex_kachalov thanks for the compliment! According to your privacy settings you got only access to the projects you can see. Timkee connects to Jira's API to access the information via OAuth and does not collect any user information or user names. Looking forward for further feedback and happy to connect!
