Privacy and security are absolutely at the core of our mission. After all, an AI workspace isn't of much use if you can't trust it with your data, right? 😉
At theGist, we incorporate role-based access control, meaning users only get access to the data and resources they need. This minimizes the risk of unauthorized access or unintentional data leaks. We've built our system in a way that maintains the access controls you're already using, so you can trust that your data is in safe hands.
As for infrastructure, we utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) which is known for its robust security measures. And we've gone the extra mile to ensure security by attaining SOC 2 compliance. This is a stringent security standard that requires regular audits and adherence to strict data management protocols.
Of course, we're continuously evaluating and improving our security practices. The digital landscape is always evolving, and we're committed to evolving right along with it.

Can a user customize their feed or is it centrally controlled by the organization?
@shaulmert Its user's feed is personalized and controlled by them. We use your work history with a combination of how work in theGist workspace to personalize it for you.
One of our coolest features is the personalized prompt which lets you set super custom priority rules for your feed.

You mentioned that I can perform any action within your workspace. How is this possible, and what functionality enables this?
@liatmord All the tools you already use are available in the workspace. Specific apps are deeply integrated and actions are fully synced between the systems.
Marking a notification as done via the inbox would mark a slack conversation as read, archive an email in Gmail, etc. We've done a lot of work to make sure you can do everything from theGist Workspace.
I have been waiting for an app like this. As a solopreneur, life can get hectic with client work, and as a creator producing livestreams and podcasts there are a lot of moving parts,

All web based SaaS apps are available via the the workspace, including GitHub, SalesForce, Figma and more. Additionally, you can add any web page you want as an app!
As for deeper integrations which populate your inbox - we currently support Slack, Gmail and Jira, and are working tirelessly to add more. We’re adding more integrations every week, and you can expect outlook soon as well ;)

@asaf_fybish The workspace supports Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman any web-based email client. Our deeper integration supports Gmail with Outlook support coming in soon!
I’ve tried all workspaces launched to date and nothing got me hooked as I still had the same notifications just in one place. TheGist can be a game changer by adding an AI layer on top of it to cut through the noise and create real chance for deep, focused work.
