I'm a pre-seed and seed stage investor that helps improve the chances of founders getting funded by teaching them the fundamentals of how investors make decisions. The fundraising process can be both structured and predictable, so I teach founders how to "meet the demands" and "speak the language of" venture investors. Throughout my experience a venture investor at the pre-seed and seed stages across 3 different funds, been pitched by hundreds of companies, and working with hundreds more on fundraising strategy, I’ve come to learn that first time founders at the earliest stages lack the foundational understanding necessary to raise money. Which is a shame because the fundraising process is a well structured and predictable process.
