"In today’s job market, most Pikachus are forced to live a life of obedience and servitude to cruel Pokemon trainers. They are regularly forced to fight other Pokemon for sport, often in front of large audiences. Clearly this is unethical and a gross violation of Pikachu rights. I firmly believe that to successfully end this inpikachu practice, we first need to provide Pikachus around the world with suitable alternative career options. And the Pikachu programming language intends to do just that. Today, there are innumerable human programmers around the world. IT industries are recruiting millions and millions of human beings. One of the things that’s enabling this is that all programming languages out there today are designed in human language, and tailored towards human beings. Well, not anymore!" Found this on Reddit. Couldn't stop laughing. Here's to fighting for Pikachu's rights! EDIT: Have never spoken with anybody involved in the product. Popped up onto my Reddit feed and Adblock blocked all the ads for me. Just unfeatured the product, apologies to everybody who was hit with ads!

Low quality and spammy

If you want to promote a product then focus on that product only, not on those annoying ads. These kind of submissions are disturbing the PH environment

The target page looks fishy full of popups and affiliate ads.

Why did you post this? its full of adds and popups. Did you do it to make money off the advertising?
Jordi Bruin
@jonaslomholdt since Nick works for Product Hunt, I highly doubt that. I agree with your comment re: the website though..

@jonaslomholdt @jordibruin I'm just curious. Why don't you use Adblock? Are you on mobile or something?
Jordi Bruin
@jonaslomholdt @ozgrozer I have multiple adblockers, the stuff on the right side is clearly spam / ads disguised as news. I didn't get any popups though, thank uBlock for that!
