Dave and I had an interesting discussion directly after recording this episode in which I discovered exactly how the email chain went down between the various parties. I can't help but wonder if I'd have been as lenient on the "childish" label had I known a bit more about how it actually went down. I guess I'm happy to give people the benefit of the doubt. :)
