This is a great launch ! Are there plans to automate messages on other platforms such as Whatsapp ?

First, we focus on current channels to provide the most complete experience.
But WhatsApp, Messenger, In-app are definitely in the roadmap.

This could streamline my communication workflow. How do you handle deliverability issues?
@william_jin We have a wealth of experience in mass emailing, as Mindbaz, the company behind the Sweego project, has been sending billions of emails a year for the past 11 years.
So it's safe to say that we know all about deliverability issues ;)
Generally speaking, when it comes to deliverability, there are 2 main areas to consider: technical deliverability (our scope) and business deliverability (our customers' scope).
Of course, we have full control over the technical side, but we can also help you with the business side. Although for transactional mailings, if the technical part is correctly managed, there are often no deliverability problems.
I have been looking for a service like this from startup founders, not the corporate giants overcharging for this service, and making it impossible to remove your credit card when you no longer want their service.

@pooja_jayasri You can follow your deliverability performance, like deliverability rate, complaints rate, etc... And we'll add tracking (open & click) in few weeks ;)
Always a fan of streamlining communication. Do you guys have any plans to add things like WhatsApp or Messenger down the road? 🤔
@ihuzaifashoukat We're currently focusing on enhancing our existing features (email and SMS), but WhatsApp, Messenger, and in-app notifications are definitely on our roadmap.

Will SMS and Email be supported in remote countries like Mongolia? Took a look at large providers like Resend and Amazon SES and Twilio but they did not support it. If it works looking forward to using this
