One year ago we pivoted our product into what is now Suptask. We did that after talking relentlessly with customers and drilling down on a common problem they all had.
We had been running in to it ourselves when scaling up business with proper processes and team collaboration. Spotting the impact that Slack had on organizations, we also noticed the opportunity to unite these two into a single solution.
The last year we've been working hard to find a fit for the product among different customers, adding features and optimizing workflows for various organizations. This has led to a set of different business verticals adopting Suptask which highlighted use cases we didn't se from day one.
Compared to others we might be a bit "late on the ball" to submit this new pivoted version of our product to Product Hunt. But we see a great value of showing it off to more people and getting feedback from more ends.
Hoping to be providing a real value to a larger number of companies out there that is out on the looks for something like Suptask.
Here are some highlights of Suptask:
* Unlimited number of agents (responding users) - we believed from the beginning that the traditional ticketing systems business model did not fit in to a Slack ecosystem. You want to make use of all users in your channel to remediate tickets without being limited on who you invite to the channel.
* Never leave Slack - end-users working on tickets should never need to leave Slack. We figured out ways to do it differently compared to others, but we truly believed that end-users shouldn't need to leave Slack to speed up workflows and processes. Only initial setup is done via web user interface.
* Integrations - empowered with integrations against services like GitHub and ZenDesk to optimize workflows for various teams that uses these services as a part of their daily processes.
* Flexible reporting - receive reports in a visual graphical or in raw format depending on your need. It is customizable and can be set up based on your needs.
