I'd love to know more about the stack used to pull off that feature. And definitely looking forward to some insights on user engagement. I personally feel that including this within the Starbucks app (instead of apps customers are already using, like Messenger) increases the friction to order something. (e.g : Re-ordering in one-tap inside the current app is much easier than tapping "Can I have my usual order" inside the app's chat.)
