I accidentally woke up a roommate because loud music was on auto-play when I clicked on the link. :x I should've known.

This reminds me of the good old days, geeking out about music and procrastinating to Turntable.fm, which is still the most engaging social music experiences I've played with. cc @billychasen.

@rrhoover so strongly agree about Turntable.

One of the coolest maps I've seen :)

great to see Spotify rolling this kind of stuff out. They have so much data on music listening. More of this please : )

Nice spin on the Ocarina world map concept

This is badass - a bit dizzying though. I like that if you switch tabs, it'll play about 20 seconds of the song - enough time to write the track name down if you come across something you like.

@stttories There is pause button in the top left, but the UI fades away and it's really difficult to pause on the current song. I'd love to see manual controls to page through the songs with the keyboard.

This just showed me that someone else in Boulder listens to country music too... the hipsters are losing... Love the animations and song snippets!

This is awesome.. If you like a song you can keep it playing by switching to a different tab. It doesn't play entire song though..

Scrolls to fast between locations and is hard to stop/control but cool concept.

This is a very cool idea. Reminds me of Couple.me's map that showed couples all over the world communicating in real-time.

I hope I can find true love by playing Foreigner's "I Want to Know What Love Is..."

This is really charming! It's a simple way to see that music unites us the world over, even if that music is One Direction.
