Nice work! Relevant topics and like that you can ask new questions too. What kind of roles/companies would suit this best?
Melissa Rosenthal
Hey @nicole_tj - thanks for joining the conversation and for the feedback! Our initial thinking (and please give us your feedback and ideas on this) is that the product is best suited to folks in their first or second people leadership role. We think that level of leadership experience is probably more relevant than whether someone works in Marketing, Finance or Operations. In terms of companies - we're thinking fast growth - where new people are joining in quick succession and the demands on leaders change and increase quickly. Also, potentially companies that don't yet have an HR department to lean on to help with these kinds of tricky moments. What do you think?

Hi Everyone - we're super excited to launch Soundlii here on Product Hunt. We're on a mission to help leaders everywhere nail their toughest people moments. The first step is our current site - a Q & A platform for leaders to access bite-sized, practical advice on what to do when they're stuck on a people problem. We're two non-technical co-founders taking the first steps into bringing our leadership experience and expertise into the tech space, and we really need your feedback to help us make the product amazing. So please check it out. Let us know what you love, what disappoints you and what would make this indispensable for you. Thanks so much! Mel and Mish

People leadership is always the best and the hardest thing we do. I would have loved somewhere to go for help and guidance when I was just starting out. I also love the application for start ups who are in growth phase but don't have capital to hire a dedicated HR support. Good luck!
