I've set it up 2 weeks ago and it works wonders.
- Built a specific channel on slack
- Connect in a few clicks to G2, Capterra, Google, ...
- It sent the latest reviews
- Announced it on our #general on slack: CSM and marketing team joined to get automatic updates
- Like I've said, set up and forget it, no more FOMO
@flexbox Hi David! Thanks for your question! What do you have in mind exactly? Storing reviews inside Airtable? We don't currently support this, but we can definitely open a webhook for example if you have a use case for this?
@flexbox Ah right that's a great use case – You mean airtable as a review source – And then send those to Slack, right? So we don't support this currently, but I'm sure there's an easy way to setup notifications from Airtable.
