Slackarma — Give teammates reputation points on Slack.

Hey guys, Slackarma allows you to give teammates reputation points in Slack. All you have to do is type "++ @teammate" to give them a point. To check all the total points, you just type "++ leaderboard." Also, huge shoutout to @mbuckbee (of expeditedssl.com) for having the idea for this app. I would love to hear some feedback!

This is awesome, the missing social tool for slack :) Do you think it may be possible to upvote a given message? That would be awesome for slack groups that organize large AMAs, you could see immediately which question is most wanted to be replied. Idea of implementation: you could use `@teammate msg++` that would consider the last message of @teammate. Or maybe the private "fav" feature from slack could be hooked?
