It’s Sean Ellis and Oleg Yakubenkov, creators of the Growth Skills Assessment Test. Very helpful test and will definitely help you find some blindspots in your PM skills. I learned a lot from that test and shared it with the rest of my team. Add to that it's FREE, and there is no excuse for not trying it out.

@dahartattack Thanks Dani, I still remember being impressed when I asked you to rate yourself on a particular growth skill and you gave yourself a low rating. Most people don't have the self awareness to do this :) You'll recall I also rated myself low on that skill :) Because of your focus on skill development, I think you'll score well on this test!
This assessment is great. It gives you peace of mind as well as directions to go further. I can finally show that I'm a good kind of "growth generalist" ;-) as growth does require broad range of skills.

I took the assessment and aced it thanks to your amazing simulator course which is by far the best course/simulator out there on product management. I feel much more confident in launching new products. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience.
