Hey Hunters 👋 I built 16 startups in the last 2 years and realized I was doing the same thing over & over: - setup Stripe - add DNS records for Mailgun - apply for Google Oauth - add SEO tags - and 12 more hours of boring boilerplate I built ShipFast to make it easy like npm install. Would love to know your thoughts :) Marc

@marclou congratulations and thank you for making Shipfast. I always thought boiler plates were more work than they were saving, but this seems very easy to get up and running.

As a project grows, how well does the boilerplate handle scaling and additional functionalities? Can I easily integrate new features without disrupting the existing setup?

@ricardo_luz I made to the boilerplate very modular so you can easily add/remove features without breaking anything :)

Congrats on the launch! How is this accessible for non web-developers? Like I'm an iOS developer, but I have an idea that would be a website, can I use ShipFast to do so?

@arios_app If this is a simple website like a landing page, you can find free alternatives. If you want to have features like payments, user auth, emails, then ShipFast is for you :)

Amazing! After integrating Stripe I wish I had some boilerplate for this 🥵 any plan on integrating alternative, like Resend for mailing or Postgres for DB?

@samdotb Stripe webhooks are a piece of work for the first time 😅 I might add more DB providers yep!

Congrats, good idea. Few ideas: 1). Payment - Add Paddle support 2). Database - It will be great to have different providers, like MySQL or Postgres 3). Luck of documentation - It will be great if you create a Doc (for free) where all things will be described.

I'm intrigued by the claim of getting from idea to production in just 5 minutes. Can you give me some more details on how exactly ShipFast achieves this? Are there any specific features or integrations that make the process so efficient? I know this claim should sound funny/astonishing, but I'm a bit skeptic. 😅 I'm also curious to know if ShipFast supports different tech stacks or it is primarily focused on NextJS? As a developer, flexibility is important to me, and being able to use my preferred stack would be a plus. Congrats to the team & @marclou !!

@felixhaberle Thanks Felix. Once you install ShipFast, you set your librairies in minutes and you can login users, process payments and send confirmation emails in minutes. So you can sell a learning material (PDF) in just a few minutes, hence the headline. For now it's online NextJS though

This looks great! I'd suggest you to add a live demo to your landing page so that people can get an example of what they're going to buy. The video is long, and doesn't give the best idea on what to expect.
