Met Shar at SaaStock West, big fan of what they've built and the course adjustment (pivot?) They proactively made. I see and have been party to a lot of screwy stripe billing implementations, so I hope ServiceBot solves that!

For the past few years, @freeCodeCamp has been managing Stripe donations manually using a combination of custom code and email-based processes.
We've been meaning to build out more powerful functionality around donations.
Well, I just dug into Servicebot and it looks like this tool can save our nonprofit dozens - maybe hundreds - of hours of custom code and maintenance. I'm in.

@pacovermeulen Paco! Yes, I remember, hope you're doing well. With the new Servicebot, Stripe remains the single source of truth for all things billing, so you are able to use any of the other Stripe partners for tax like Avalara or Taxjar. We do support SCA though so you do not need to build anything for that.

About 7 months ago, after a demo and even implementing Servicebot in my site (shout out to @kevinmidkiff for being super helpful!), my biggest complaint was that billing/subscriptions were not handled through Stripe itself.
I'm super excited to see Servicebot rebuilt with this in mind and I will definitely be checking it out again!
We just started using Servicebot at Alka recently, and working with these guys has been great. I can see how they are going to make our Stripe subscription management easier at every turn. Way to go, guys!
