Hey all and thanks for hunting, @artkorotkikh! We created this guide based on years of trial and error when it comes to building companies online. After multiple process iterations in different settings, we came to the realization that there are four main pillars for effective online collaboration: 1) Communication - how you interact internally and with external partners. 2) Scheduling - achieving full alignment when it comes to time and event-based activities, usually involving a calendar. 3) Task management - keeping everyone on the same page about projects, deadlines and responsibilities. 4) Information storage - how you store and retrieve information so everyone has access to it whenever they need it, without wasting other people's time. In this book, we cover each of these areas in-depth, providing detailed tips and advice on how to fully control them. If you manage people, technology or processes, this guide will give you actionable steps for streamlining most or all of your online operations.
