I’m building Hirenga, a simple hiring pipeline tool designed for small teams — especially those still handling job applications through email or spreadsheets.
We integrated @OpenAI in two key areas:
Parsing CVs
Users upload PDF resumes, and GPT helps us extract and structure info like name, contact details, experience, etc. No more manual copy-pasting.Smart follow-up emails
Based on candidate evaluation, Hirenga can suggest or send a personalized accept/reject email — making the communication faster and a lot more human.
We don’t try to “replace” recruiters — we just help small teams avoid the mess and make decisions faster.
