@chrismessina We are still in the process on developing in the US. Over the past years, we've been focussing on the main European destinations such as Greece, France or Croatia. Don't worry however, San Fransisco is on our plan too :)
if the owner doesn't show up or the weather is bad someone keeps your money, you don't get it back.
Pros:good web site and range of boats
Cons:poor customer service contact
Do what they promise. I rented a boat, but the owner did not show up. SamBoat promised to cancel, but did not. When confronted, they hid behind their general terms which says only the renter can cancel the rent by clicking on a cancel button on the website.
