I like that creating playbooks inadvertently creates some form of business processes and can really help startups in actually documenting their processes and how things can and should be done. I know that in our company getting processes documented is definitely a challenge, and this would be a great way to ensure the team is on the same page.

@geraldzankl As I see Kickscale as a great opportunity to get new team members up to speed fast, I would love to hand out playbooks for our major tools (how to use them) and major processes (Product-Led-Growth approaches). Although there's a lot to read, but every company has a different approach and this individuality should be reflected somehow in the playbooks. Do you know what I mean?

@slederer As a CEO of a huge company, what processes would be for you of interest to align marketing and sales teams?
@geraldzankl Alignment on trade shows is a really important process. Marketing and sales has to be super aligned for that to maximise the ROI out of events.
Furthermore, I think onboarding is a huge topic, especially in sales. The faster we can onboard people the better.

At first glance, the SDR & BDR playbook is interesting. We're mapping out some hiring plans for later in the year and this looks to be a helpful outline of all of the key onboarding items.

I spend so much time onboarding new writers, interns, and other members on my marketing team that it literally takes up hours of my work every single time! Quite recently, I then came up with the idea of creating an onboarding document using google docs but @geraldzankl seems like this is one step even further, yeah!?
I'm pretty hyped to try this out myself. Are you guys planning any integrations in the roadmap?
@pradnyesh_gumaste Hi - thank you for your comment and your interest. That's exactly the same problem I had as well. I onboarded tens of Sales Development reps and it took a lot of my time. That's why we build this into Kickscale, you can record videos, write descriptions and assign onboarding tasks.
Let's set this up for you. Feel free to send me over your google doc and we convert it into our playbooks. Afterwards I'm happy to present this to you.

@martine89 Hi Martin, great question.
We usually look at the feedback of our users and decide based on that.
BUT we see great interest in playbooks that make it easier to onboard new team members. now this counts for marketing teams, sdr teams, enterprise sales teams, product teams, etc.
AND we also work with leading YCombinator companies on playbooks that are more specific such as:
- How to define the ideal target audience
- How to get more pipeline through enterprise sales
- How to do ABM
etc.
are there any specific playbooks that you are interested in? We are happy to add them

so I am a marketer and my favorite one's are the event management and content strategy playbooks :) basically everything that helps to build leads and pipeline.

my favourite ones are
1) onboarding of new team members as we have video included and it is so structured and helps everyone to get onboarding quickly
2) preparation for marketing campaigns, e.g. this launch, events, trade shows, ...
Where could Kickscale help you the most?
@cim_bayer I am most likely going to focus on playbooks for now to improve various internal processes. But e-mail scheduling is definitely an awesome feature that will most certainly come in handy for me in the future too.
@martine89, keeping an overview of all the sales procedures is just a MUST. It starts with email scheduling, notes taking and ends with adding resources to your campaign. ALL IN ONE platform for your needs. ☺️

For me as a marketing expert it is very usefull in my daily work to create easily step-by-step playbooks for my clients or my team that they can easily follow the steps for each campaign. Also for new people they get a guideline which steps they have to do.

Marketing is a huge topic for everyone and so there are a lot of topics to cover like Social Media Advertising ( Step-by Step-Guideline from an Expert how to set-up different types of campaigns, Search Engine Advertising & Optimization, LinkedIn Advertising, and much more to cover!
Yeah for sure would be a pleasure to contribute a playbook! It would be a pleasure to share my experience and expertise in the field of Performance Marketing with an monthly Ad budget from around 50k per Month!
@cim_bayer in the last years i got to know a lot of different management tools and platforms like Trello, Asana and a few more but since i use kickscale for managing my clients via your platform it is much more comftable and i save a lot of time with it.
I really like the really good design our your platform - its really easy to understand it from the beginning and also the integration of my different calenders ( Outloo, Gmail, ...) is really easy. My favourite feature are definitly the playbooks - it's good to can set up easily a step-by step guide for a new employee and i can easily follow the way he is doing.
If it is techniqual possibly a integration of the Social Media Analytic Measurements would be nice. So try to get a direct API from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn,... so that you can see easily how the different campaigns are performing.
