I stumbled across a description of this project on youtube and then looked up the details and endorsements on rootdata, a financing site I use frequently. This project is Ethereum's interoperability hub, which provides IBC execution for connected Layer 2 without local IBC integration. This enables the new L2 to connect to the IBC network without permission. Polymer enhances composability between Ethereum rollup while leveraging IBC's ever-expanding network of applications.
