I'v used Roomle to create a 3D plan of my apartment and see how I want to position my furniture.

Pros:

Great planner and furniture visualization, available on every platform

Cons:

No planning in Android Version, only catalog and AR

I've planned and furnished two flats and it really helped to avoid a lot of hassle and visualize different scenarios.

Very nice AR view also on Android
